The European Mise en Place Cup is an initiative of Mise en Place and HotelloTOP. It is a competition between European Hotel Management School students.

The 12th of januari 2010 the second edition of the competition was held. Every year the competition is hosted by a different school from the Netherlands. The first edition was hosted by Hotel Management School The Hague and this edition was hosted by Hotel Management School NHTV Breda. After two presentations and a hardcopy case three finalist where selected.

- Stenden University Leeuwarden

These three teams have presented their case on stage during the HotelloTOP Year Event, afterwards the winner of this edition was reveiled:
